After selecting on "Start My Free Trial" you will be brought to our sign up page. This will have you input your:
1. Work email
2. Password
3. Name
Select on "Sign Up"

After you log in, you’ll be prompted to get started. Add a payment card to continue. We place a temporary authorization hold per our Terms of Service. If you cancel before your trial ends, the hold is released and no charge is made. We’re excited you’re trying StrongSuit. Until the credit card is entered, the trial is not treated as started.
StrongSuit requires a valid credit card on file to confirm your account during the free trial period. This is a standard authorization to ensure smooth verification and will be released if the trial is canceled before the expiration date.
The free trial duration for StrongSuit is 5 days, which allows users ample time to evaluate the platform before making a subscription decision. Note that only one free trial is permitted per account as part of our terms and conditions, ensuring fair usage among all users. Additionally, ensuring your trial cancellation before the 5-day period ends will prevent any charges. If attempts are made to initiate a second free trial on the same account, billing will commence immediately rather than extending another free trial period. To preserve the integrity of the free trial offering, StrongSuit enforces measures against creating multiple trials on one account, ensuring fair access for all users. StrongSuit has anti-abuse measures in place. Accounts found exploiting the free trial policy may face restriction or suspension. If you encounter issues or have questions about your trial eligibility, you are encouraged to contact StrongSuit’s customer support for guidance and resolution. For users who have already utilized a free trial, creating a new account with a valid alternate email address is an available solution, provided this is in compliance with StrongSuit’s terms of service. StrongSuit does not offer a 1-month free trial. The duration of the free trial is shorter and is specified during the sign-up process.
During the free trial, users are subject to a usage cap that limits the amount of data and features that can be utilized. Once the cap is reached, further access requires transitioning to a paid subscription. Additionally, when either the trial period or usage limit concludes, the platform facilitates an easy transition to a paid subscription to ensure uninterrupted service.
