Keep your workspace organized with the Matter Portal in StrongSuit.
On the left side of your screen, select the blue Matter Portal button to access and manage your matters.

At the top right of the page, you can create a new item by selecting + New Matter.
Here you can enter all the information you need to keep track of each matter.
Once you have created a matter, it will appear on your Matter Portal dashboard. You can edit or manage it by selecting it directly, using the three dots menu, or accessing it through the list view shown below.
Below that, you will see any tasks that haven't been connected to a matter yet. We recommend creating a matter before starting new work — it keeps everything organized in one place. You can also connect existing tasks to a matter retroactively using the steps below.
If you would like to organize your tasks, select the three dots on the right side and connect them to any matter you have already created.
Once you select Add to Matter, your existing matters will appear. Simply choose the matter you want to map the task to.
You will be able to view the tasks associated with the matter now by selecting on the matter and clicking the tasks tab.
