Select the StrongSuit logo in the top right corner of your Microsoft Word application to open the Word Add In.
Negotiate
The Negotiate tool allows you to review a drafted contract and receive feedback. If the contract is newly uploaded, the tool will review it in full.
You can upload relevant documents to support the analysis by selecting Upload relevant documents to aid analysis on the Negotiate tab after scrolling down.
You can upload certain document types, including amendments and playbooks.
Draft
Our draft tool helps you draft provisions and contracts.
Use the dropdown menu to select Draft Provision or Draft Contract.
Draft Provision: Enter a prompt in the Draft feature to generate a full agreement section, such as an assignment provision.
Draft Contract: This allows you to generate a contract from scratch without opening an existing agreement. Enter your inputs in the provided sections to have the content drafted on the left side.
Any content written or reviewed in the Word add-in must be saved locally. Changes are not saved automatically to the platform.
